Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the configuration of healthcare systems and related documentation.
Conduct root cause analyses to identify system issues and recommend effective solutions.
Analyze and propose recommendations for end-to-end configuration improvements.
Collaborate with peers across the organization to implement best practices in configuration management.
Monitor and support the system configuration lifecycle, including enhancement processes and resolution of operational issues.
Ensure adherence to deadlines and accuracy in configuration tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required
Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations, including medical management, population health management, and appeals and grievance systems.
Hands-on experience with healthcare systems configuration and supporting applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience working with managed care plans, medical groups, or health services organizations.
Familiarity with healthcare systems such as Clinical CareAdvance (CCA) or equivalent platforms.
Proven ability to identify system improvement opportunities and execute successful enhancements.
