Responsibilities
Working with an existing survey catalog, verify and document ongoing surveys.
Update or complete metadata necessary to encourage use or reuse.
Create communication and educational materials for survey best practices.
Propose content, platforms, and processes necessary to build a "survey question bank" with questions that can be reused for multiple surveys following best practices.
As time permits, create a proof of concept for the question bank that follows the approved proposal.

Required
Pursuing (or completed) a bachelor's degree, and interest in Information Technology, data and metadata standards, and/or library and information science.
Strong oral, written, and team communication skills, effective questioning, listening, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to address a variety of audiences with clarity and appropriate regard, understanding the limitations of remote interactions and collaborations.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills required.
Preferred
Experience or interest in survey methodology (or related coursework) a plus.
