Responsibilities

Provide research to identify companies positively impacting through products, services, and actions.

Develop tools for assessing a company’s ESG risks.

Assist in the development and maintenance of internal measurements to assess the impact of public securities on UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Support Macquarie Asset Management’s active ownership policies through engagement with portfolio companies.

Conduct research on candidates for inclusion in Macquarie Asset Management portfolios.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

1-3 years’ experience with a demonstrated interest in sustainable investing

Strong quantitative skills with the ability to conduct independent research and construct analytical models

Familiarity with data visualization software, ESG data providers, and investment research platforms is an asset

Intellectual curiosity to continuously add to subject expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
