Responsibilities

Ensure seamless integration of data-related tools and processes

Develop expertise in different sustainability data sets and manage their updates, quality checks, and integrations

Explore new sustainability data sets and prototype potential applications

Improve procedures to assess data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity

Translate outcomes and data into compelling visualizations

Collaborate with other teams on data management initiatives

Generate insights on sustainability model and client portfolios

Support regular updates to the Sustainability Model and identify areas of operational improvements

Proactively seek out opportunities for automation and efficiency

Required

2+ years of full-time work experience (ideal candidates may have analytics experience in a field with sustainability applications, e.g. energy analysis, life cycle analysis, sustainability research or consulting, impact analysis, etc.)

Strong quantitative skills and experience working with moderately large, structured datasets

Familiarity with exploratory data analysis and basic descriptive statistics

Keen on data insights and visualization and familiar with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Basic knowledge of querying databases and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python)

Interest or experience in database management and data vendor coordination

Passion about environmental and social impact

Keen attention to detail and drive to investigate
