Responsibilities

Organize and manage weekly team meetings, including note-taking and follow-up on action items and deadlines.
Co-draft the team’s monthly internal reports for key stakeholders.
Provide operational support for global sustainability projects across key focus areas, such as renewable energy, transportation decarbonization, built environment, circular economy, and nature-based solutions.
Assist managers by attending meetings, taking notes, and tracking next steps with all stakeholders.
Conduct desktop research to identify opportunities for joint action projects and collaborations.
Act as a liaison for internal teams utilizing the online signatory resource platform, Passport.
Support the development of briefing documents about signatories engaged in joint action projects for leadership.
Collaborate with the IMPACT Project Manager Operations lead to ensure effective communication mechanisms.
Learn about TCP’s recruitment processes and assist joint action managers in recruiting new signatories and collaborators.
Provide administrative support for team-led events and contribute to event planning and execution.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
Draft summaries and communications for internal and external audiences, including marketing and PR teams.

Required

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate environmental responsibility, or climate-related roles (internships included).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across teams.
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience supporting the development and implementation of projects or programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.

Preferred

Familiarity with corporate sustainability initiatives, climate policy, or carbon reduction strategies.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and/or recruitment.
Knowledge of resource platforms or tools such as Passport.
Event coordination or administrative support experience.
