Responsibilities
Consult on the analysis of qualitative and quantitative research relating to audience (HCP, patient, and caregiver), brand, culture, and media channels to derive meaningful insights
Oversee the development of strategy maps, brand maps, and brand ladders, the articulation of insights and promises, and the development of personas, as well as customer journeys and ecosystems
Advise Strategists, Account leads, Scientific Directors and Creative Directors to create tight, inspiring creative briefs and translate brand insights into ideas
Monitor cultural and social trends, their impact on target attitudes, behavior and perceptions, using a variety of market and research data
Clearly communicate and present ideas, POVs, and strategies to internal teams, clients, and prospective clients
Inform the development of and facilitate workshops using strategic tools and frameworks
Mentor, coach, and counsel strategy team members to facilitate their growth and development

Required
Bachelor's degree in related field (eg. Marketing, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Statistics); Master's degree ideal
12+ years strategic planning or marketing experience in a healthcare/pharma advertising agency environment
Relevant category and launch experience
Experience with HCP and patient marketing, including Pharma brand launch
Experience utilizing strategic tools for analysis
Experience building and facilitating client workshops
Proven track record building and leading teams
Superb and persuasive communications skills, both written and verbal
Adept at storytelling
