Responsibilities
Manage a team of finance professionals to achieve goals and perform personnel duties
Drive forward-looking processes such as forecasts, strategic plans, and monthly outlooks
Analyze and present financial performance reports of Citi and competitors
Generate analytics for various reports and lead quarterly reviews
Estimate risk capital and embed metrics into management reports
Present to senior management using metrics for business decisions
Deliver services to businesses/geographic regions and interact internally/externally
Advise internal clients on business trends, issues, and strategy implications
Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience within financial services
Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets
Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAP
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Master’s degree preferred
