Responsibilities
Lead all of Hard Rock Digital’s performance capabilities and contribute to creating the best brand in gaming.
Drive a full funnel approach across CRM, social, affiliate and digital marketing channels with best-in-class creative and marketing.
Lead the Hard Rock Digital performance marketing strategy with an overall objective to maximize our marketing and media investments programmatically and help drive revenue, MAU and brand growth/equity.
Help drive efficient acquisition and retention efforts as Hard Rock Digital scales, utilizing insights, data, and a 360 view of the customer to drive results.
Be responsible for goal setting, strategic development, performance media, and optimization, as well as building out and leading a team of star marketers.
Partner closely with Product and Analytics teams, you will lead performance marketing data reports to leadership, transforming this data into digestible, actionable insights.
Be a visionary leader that will take existing tools and ways of working and expand our opportunities into new channels and ways to reach our customer.
Be intellectually curious, yet grounded in audience narratives, insights and macro-culture research.
Be able to work collaboratively with ease across internal teams, as well as negotiate with external media partners.
Have worked across a diverse range of brands and start with an audience-first mentality.
Lead all Hard Rock Digital performance marketing efforts, inclusive of both top and mid-funnel campaigns, designed to drive revenue, MAU and brand growth.
Build, recruit, train, and mentor a team of high performing performance marketers, social, affiliate, digital marketers, and analysts.
Optimize Hard Rock Digital’s marketing effectiveness and efficiency through programmatic, biddable media, experimental media opportunities, and data-driven solutions
Drive paid media-driven consideration and retention by channel, utilizing a mix of both best-in-class dynamic creative, and frequency to drive results.
Design experiments to drive incrementality and coordinate across the marketing organization on campaign/channel holdouts
Partner with Product and Data teams on KPIs and reporting
Collaborate with marketing leadership on agency-based needs, inclusive of strategic decisions relative to AOR vs projects and both short- and long-term performance marketing agency usage
Act as a critical thought partner to executive leadership, and department leadership across the organization
Promote a work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, rational risk-taking and trade-offs

Required
B.S. / B.A. with 10 or more years of successful experience as a performance marketing executive, highly preferred from the online gaming and sportsbook industry
Extensive experience of programmatic media and optimization
Strong and highly developed interpersonal skills to build and lead internal teams
Deep experience in using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
Must have a proven track record of revenue and/or brand led KPI successes.
Emotive-based marketeer who has proven experience with dynamic creative and messaging, inclusive of large and diverse audiences
Strong understanding of media measurement frameworks and technology
Expertise in marketing measurement methodologies (media mix modelling, multi-touch attribution, econometric modelling, brand lift studies, etc.), causal inference, and experiment design and analysis
Ability to work cross-functionally with brand, creatives, product marketers, content marketers, and campaign managers of all levels
