Responsibilities

System configuration: Setting up and customizing ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and more according to business requirements.
User administration: Creating and managing user accounts, assigning roles, and ensuring proper access levels.
Application development: Designing and building custom applications within ServiceNow to automate workflows and streamline processes.
Data management: Maintaining data integrity by performing data cleansing, validation, and reporting.
Workflow design: Creating and modifying workflows to optimize business processes.
Incident resolution: Troubleshooting technical issues related to ServiceNow and providing support to end-users.
Reporting and analytics: Generating reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and identify trends.
Integration management: Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Compliance management: Ensuring adherence to data privacy and security regulations

FEDERAL EXPERIENCE IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
Experience installing and configuring new instances, upgrades, hot fixes, and service packs on ServiceNow SaaS products
ServiceNow administration experience installing and configuring ITSM, ITOM, and EAM modules
Experience maintaining documentation of standard operating procedures and change control for new and existing ServiceNow systems
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform features and functionality
Experience with custom application development using ServiceNow scripting languages
Proficiency in data management and analysis
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
ServiceNow Certified Cloud Administrator
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different business units
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or math or related field with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience
