Responsibilities

Server support including applying updates, configuration changes, and routine backups.

Configuring servers based on user requirements and documented best practices.

Providing daily technical support for around 450 users via phone and desk-side assistance.

Performing routine system updates, upgrades, and patching security vulnerabilities.

Imaging new laptops through PXE booting and migrating computers to new hardware.

Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working well both in a team and independently, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
