Responsibilities
Perform server administration tasks, including managing Windows and Linux systems, domain/DNS configurations, and user/domain security.
Administer Active Directory (Group Policy, Kerberos, NTLM), DNS, DHCP, PXE, and network infrastructure.
Provide application and server support, including maintenance of cloud service providers (AWS, Azure).
Support IT security policies, governance, and privacy standards.
Manage and monitor system performance, capacity planning, and network facilities.
Coordinate server maintenance activities and apply security patches.
Support hardware upgrades and replacements.
Provide ITIL-based support through ticketing systems such as Remedy and ServiceNow.

Required
8 years of experience in network facilities, data processing techniques, and security software.
8 years of experience in Active Directory/LDAP, Microsoft SQL Server, Hyper-V, VMware, and Windows/Linux systems.
8 years of experience in server hardware upgrades and replacements.
8 years of experience in ITIL ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow).
8 years of experience in on-call server and application support.
8 years of experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred
6 years of experience in writing concise technical reports.
6 years of experience in managing web application firewalls (Imperva, AWS WAF).
6 years of experience in coordinating maintenance activities and security program support.
6 years of experience in supporting SQL Server clustered environments.
