Responsibilities

Administer and manage the Office 365 cloud environment, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams
Implement and maintain security, privacy, and compliance policies for Office 365
Perform regular software updates and upgrades for Office 365 services
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to Office 365 services
Manage and assign user licenses for Office 365 services
Provide end-user support for Office 365 applications and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Office 365 deployment and usage
Develop and maintain documentation for the Office 365 environment

Required

5+ years of experience in Office 365 administration
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Experience with cloud-based identity management, such as Azure Active Directory
Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with service management tools
Strong understanding of security and privacy best practices in a cloud environment
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Server Administration, Systems Support, Troubleshooting Mobile Devices, Desktop Support, or related field
CompTIA Security+ Certification is required
Active Secret Clearance is required

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT degree
