Responsibilities

Perform advanced operational support, maintenance, and configuration for assigned systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve data and system issues of high complexity.

Lead small teams and initiatives to meet departmental and organizational goals.

Gather business requirements, develop specifications, and document solutions effectively.

Create, validate, and execute comprehensive test plans.

Provide 24/7 on-call support as required.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Epic Cadence and related domains.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to prioritize and execute tasks.

Educate and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory standards, and hospital accreditation.

Represent the IS department in clinical and operational committees when needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related healthcare field.

4+ years of Epic build experience (Epic Cadence Certification required).

3-5 years as a System Analyst in healthcare or similar environments.

Proven expertise in system configuration, process optimization, and problem-solving.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong analytical and testing capabilities, including test plan creation and execution.

Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.

Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
