Responsibilities
Manage database systems and oversee data migration, with a strong emphasis on healthcare EHR systems, particularly those involving complex integrations like Cerner Millennium
Utilize Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar database scripting for efficient migration of data to new SaaS platforms. Skills in using EXCEL, Word, Visio, and other spreadsheet software are essential
Review, analyze, and evaluate user requirements, operational procedures, and identify solutions to automate processes or enhance system functionality
Document business process flows and standardize existing and future process flow improvements through data collection and meetings with subject matter experts to gain full understanding of system usability
Prepare specifications for data input/output processes
Resolve complex data-related issues using robust analytical skills and logical problem-solving approaches
Produce clear project documentation and engage effectively with stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication skills
Support diverse teams and inspire high productivity and collaboration among team members with strong interpersonal abilities
Apply in-depth knowledge of current IT industry trends and market insights strategically within the organization
Utilize architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information systems, applications, and organizational structure

Required
7 Years: Database management systems and data migration, with a strong emphasis on healthcare EHR systems, particularly those involving complex integrations like Cerner Millennium
