Responsibilities

Provide quick and effective end-user support.
Respond to and resolve tickets within specified SLAs.
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft applications, Office 365, operating systems, networking, peripherals, VoIP services, virtual environments, and third-party applications.
Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly.
Create and update knowledge base (KB) articles.
Manage expectations and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for projects.
Design, implement, and optimize technical project scopes and plans.
Conduct root cause analyses and recommend remediation plans.
Utilize automation tools for issue resolution.

Required

3+ years of recent engineering experience.
Proficient in English and Spanish.
At least one of the following certifications: MS-900, AZ-900, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, SC-900.
Good knowledge of Windows OS (7-11), MS Office suite, Office 365 admin portal, VoIP technology, and basic networking.
Understanding of virtual environments (RDS, WVD, VDI) and Meraki technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Availability to work after hours and weekends (infrequent & compensated)
