Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Navy-wide IT/OT initiatives, including systems like Lenel, AMAG, and DMP SiS. This includes maintaining software support agreements, ensuring connectivity, and integrating systems with enterprise monitoring services.

Address system outages, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with OEMs, program-level support personnel, and base-level communications teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Implement and ensure adherence to cybersecurity principles, supporting Information Assurance (IA) initiatives and maintaining compliance with Navy cybersecurity directives and Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements.

Provide expertise in system administration, including applying updates, conducting scans, and managing configuration changes to maintain the system’s cybersecurity posture.

Assist with the procurement, integration, and testing of new or replacement hardware/software components, working closely with program personnel to document, register, and administer local assets.
