Responsibilities

24X7 Level 2 Production Support of Windows based applications

Windows Remote Desktop Servers maintenance and support

Configure, Maintain, and Support Desktop & Server applications

Working knowledge in administering Windows Server 2012 to 2022 and Windows 10 & 11

Working knowledge of key Windows services like Windows Clustering, Windows Print Services, Windows Remote Desktop Services, IIS, File Server, FTP, DNS, Load Balancing, etc

Working knowledge of Citrix Servers and Clients

Working knowledge on Client-Server Environment

Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL

Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting, VB Scripting, etc

Knowledge of Unix/Linux Commands, Tomcat Webserver, etc
