Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT hardware (virtual or physical), software, applications, and networks (virtual and physical).
Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing their inquiries and resolving problems.
Identify and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as scanning, patching, updates, and backups, to ensure system reliability and security.
Monitor system performance and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.
Implement and actively monitor security measures to protect systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or chat.
Document and track support requests and changes to ensure efficient resolution and adherence to compliance.
Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Configure, manage, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls (virtual or physical).
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize network performance.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including servers, workstations, and peripherals (virtual or physical).
Diagnose and repair hardware failures.
Process and track Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) cases with hardware vendors.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot business level software applications used both locally on company assets and on cloud-based platforms.
Provide technical support for various operating systems, to include Windows and Linux, and software platforms.
Log time each week in corporate time-tracking system.
Travel on occasion to customer and partner sites;
Maintain company and customer information confidential at all times;
Take on other responsibilities and assignments as from time to time requested by management.
May be required, at times, to have a flexible schedule based on staff availability maintenance windows and/or when solution resolution may be applied.

Take on other responsibilities and assignments as from time to time requested by management.
May be required, at times, to have a flexible schedule based on staff availability maintenance windows and/or when solution resolution may be applied.

Preferred

2+ year associates degree or greater.
3+ years of relevant work experience.
All relevant IT certifications/licenses.
