Responsibilities

Administer system servers and conduct password resets as needed

Troubleshoot basic network issues and manage network components such as switches, routers, and firewalls

Handle hardware and software troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations

Perform server migrations to enhance system performance and efficiency

Manage cloud technologies and environments, ensuring optimal utilization and security

Swap out servers as required to maintain system integrity and performance

Leverage skills in Cloud Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Computer Hardware for system administration tasks

Utilize Firewall, Routers, Basic Network Troubleshooting, System Administration skills for network management and troubleshooting.

Required

1-2 or more years of experience within IT

Experience in Cloud Technologies is essential

Proficient in Active Directory management and operations

Familiarity with Backup Technologies is required

Knowledge of Computer Hardware is a must

Experience with Firewall setup and maintenance

Ability to work with Routers and other networking devices

Basic Network Troubleshooting skills

Proven experience in System and Server Administration

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Occasional local travel to clients as needed

Problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and work in a team and collaborate effectively

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field would be beneficial.
