Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise for Globalscape EFTP platform, with some Microsoft Azure and Active Directory experience required.
Develop Globalscape event rules in alignment with existing policies and procedures.
Perform system administration tasks on the Globalscape system when necessary.
Support integrations between third-party tools/services and Globalscape.
Assist in real-time troubleshooting of Globalscape event rules and file movement processes.
Ensure 24x7 operations of the mission-critical Globalscape systems.
Collaborate with Information Security to ensure data security for production, staging, and development environments related to Globalscape.
Ensure compliance with PCI policies.

Required
Minimum BS/BA degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education
Experience with management and support of Windows, Azure Cloud, and Active Directory
Experience with PowerShell, VB script, Python or other batch scripting technologies
Understanding of mature Enterprise processes, Change Control, Release Management, and Governance
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is required
Expert-level debug/troubleshooting skills
Experience with enterprise applications (support, and troubleshooting)
