Responsibilities
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Health Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications.
Respond to requests for support by users.
Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications.
Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development.
Monitor future applications releases.
Train users on features of applications.
Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user.
Act as reporting resource.
Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
As a Systems Analyst 2, you will leverage your EMR build expertise to deliver positive ambulatory EMR benefits during client engagements.
Your responsibilities will include supporting clients through current build changes, upgrades, system changes, and enhancements.
You will also be responsible for ongoing system maintenance of ambulatory applications and acting as a solution system analyst for the client’s ambulatory solution, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
As a member of this team, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support.
Additionally, you will resolve escalated problems and issues using your solution knowledge and expertise.
Your role will involve resolving EMR build concerns raised during installation, operation, and maintenance, creating build test scripts and workplans, and participating in unit and integrated testing and support.

Required
At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
3-5 years’ experience in healthcare (Cerner Millennium) solution build, information technology (HCIT)
High School Diploma
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
PowerChart Ambulatory Build Tools
Experienced in- Scheduling, Orders, PowerForms, mPages, Message Center, Dynamic Documentation, Patient Portal, Referral Management
Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization
On Call will be required
Any additional Oracle Cerner application expertise is a plus.
Experience with on call or ticketing systems
(Recommended not required) Certification in any of the following Cerner Millennium Fundamentals, Registration Management, Scheduling management, Powerforms, Iview, Charge Services, PowerChart, Dynamic Documentation, PowerChart Ambulatory, mPages

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
