Responsibilities

Put together GRC items for the years 2025 to 2028

Prepare OP Planning for the next fiscal year as per guidelines laid out by the Governance team.

The resource will perform status updates like marking ZRFS, ZABV and TECO throughout the project lifecycle to adhere SOX compliance along with attaching pre-requisites artifacts.

Lead efforts to update the forecast reports with historical SMOO data establishing benchmarks to visualize the trends, anomalies and other business impacting financial considerations.

Facilitate meetings with cross functional teams to collect and provide inputs to make necessary decisions.

Provide financial suggestions(Budget, Outlook/Actuals, Accruals, etc.,) to stakeholders to make decisions based on data analysis.

Develop and maintain vendor management plans to ensure financial commitments are realized.

Create and maintain internal files for reporting purposes.

Tracking and Data analysis using reports like PowerBI to help achieve overall team goal.
