Responsibilities
Analyze science, engineering, business and other data problems related to the provision of core IT applications and/or consulting support specific to Workday cloud-based software applications.
Support business and technical teams to design strategies and solve complex inter-system problems.
Develop SaaS, SOA, and/or web services.
Coordinate and consult with teams of integration developers and work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and customize software.
Support preparation of technical or techno-functional specifications with ERM implementation.
Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate professionals involved in delivery of products and services.
Mentor and/or train new IT professionals and/or serve as lead for certain assignments.

Required
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in a computer-related field of study, sciences, technology, engineering, math, business or a closely related field
1 year of experience in a technology related role
Experience in Workday software and Platform integration
Technical or techno-functional ERM implementation
Use of at least one web service technologies
