Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HR Systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security for Konnect and our clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues from clients and internal team members.
Develop and implement system policies and procedures to optimize system performance.
Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to support HR operations and decision-making.
Provide training and support to clients and staff on system functionalities and updates.
Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Assist in the integration of new HR technologies and software to improve HR processes internally and with our clients.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Provide administrative support to the Konnect team and manage various projects as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HRIS or HR systems role.
Strong understanding of HRIS systems and HR processes.
Excellent technical skills and proficiency in HR software such as but not limited to Dayforce, Paylocity, Gusto, Absorb LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
