Responsibilities

Support proprietary software solutions used for over 300 clients

Develop new features and enhancements by following business requirements and specifications

Partner with IT resources for support and maintenance of servers

Troubleshoot and resolve specific issues with software platforms

Work closely with quality assurance team members to address bugs and deliver quality features
