Responsibilities
Create, document, and refine processes for handling NOC tickets and managing client environments.
Design and implement new procedures, policies, and standards to streamline NOC operations.
Develop workflows and automation for recurring tasks to increase operational efficiency.
Utilize RMM tools to monitor, manage, and configure client servers, endpoints, and devices.
Ensure that all client systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and security updates.
Leverage RMM tools to track incidents, resolve vulnerabilities, and perform proactive maintenance.
Oversee and track client projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Communicate with stakeholders and other teams to address and resolve issues, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
Design and implement remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities in client systems.
Manage and patch software on Windows and Mac OS platforms.
Handle proactive communications with clients, including setting expectations and providing updates during service outages.
Document client environments comprehensively, including network diagrams and configuration details.
Maintain detailed documentation for all client environments, including policies, standards, and procedures.
Record incidents, correlate them to identify trends, and develop strategies to prevent future issues.
Manage, document, and configure client backups; including remediation when issues arise.
Assist the Network Engineer with outages and technical issues.
Work closely with other Summit 7 teams to resolve issues and ensure cohesive service delivery.
Communicate effectively with software support and third-party vendors to resolve technical challenges.
Manage and deploy software and hardware for client environments.
Onboard clients to management systems.
Handle other duties as assigned by management.

Required
Security+ CE Certification or equivalent IAT Level 2 certification.
Extensive experience with RMM tools and cloud technologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Azure and administrative skills across multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Android, iPhone OS).
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and antivirus administration.
Basic networking knowledge, including support and monitoring of Firewalls, Switches, WAPs, and servers.
Demonstrated ability to manage and track projects, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction.
Strong customer communication skills, capable of clear and effective interaction with both clients and technical personnel, especially in high-pressure situations.
Ability to work independently with a strong drive for professional development.
Aptitude for identifying industry trends and implementing best practices.
U.S. citizenship and ability to pass an extensive background check.
Experience in automating tasks and processes to enhance efficiency.
