Plan and design technology solutions to align with IT strategies.

Implement systems-related technology projects.

Provide third-tier technical support and perform root cause analysis.

Document SOPs and create Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs).

Develop automated scripts for operations and security compliance.

Required

6+ years of direct experience with Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Active Directory.

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (AAD), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies (e.g., Delinea, Centrify).

Proficiency in Enterprise Messaging (e.g., Teams, Exchange Online) and Microsoft O365 services.

Experience with Agile, SCRUM, DevOps, and ITIL processes, as well as experience with Data Security (e.g., DLP, AIP, data classification).

Bachelor’s Degree in related area or 6+ years of experience in the field.

Preferred

MCSE or similar certifications preferred.
