Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level IT systems that align with organizational infrastructure and service goals

Manage Windows Server OS lifecycle

Develop Azure IaaS/PaaS

Manage hybrid cloud environments

Implement centralized and decentralized storage solutions

Oversee virtualization and orchestration systems

Collaborate with IT leadership to align systems engineering efforts with organizational strategies

Provide mentorship to junior engineers

Conduct business analyses to ensure optimal resource allocation

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of systems architecture, Windows Server OS lifecycle management, Azure IaaS/PaaS, centralized and decentralized storage platforms, virtualization, and orchestration systems.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Federation or similar technologies to support secure identity management and authentication across systems.

Proven experience in configuring and optimizing IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, and storage platforms.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, along with strong organizational capabilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience managing vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and support for systems and storage platforms.

Proven experience leading systems engineering projects with minimal supervision throughout the project lifecycle.
