Responsibilities

Configures, tests, and maintains data center systems equipment and related services.

Manages and/or performs data center systems maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.

Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves systems problems. Assists with the design and selection of future platforms, addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.

Manages customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service. Provides guidance and training to departmental staff.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
