Responsibilities

Evaluating current manufacturing practices and identifying areas for improvement.

Analyzing manufacturing processes such as schedules, flows, and specifications.

Creating management control systems for cost analysis and financial planning efficiency.

Managing production schedules and coordinating cross-functional organizations.

Designing control systems to ensure proper metrics are delivered monthly.

Improving production process efficiency through innovative methods.

Analyzing key performance metrics and EVMS/PM reporting.

Collaborating with staff/core IEs on capacity analysis.

Partnering with the leadership team to drive system utilization.
