Responsibilities
Assess, install, and track the performance of applications to protect endpoints.
Experience in Intune Endpoint Management/Intune Autopilot.
Experience with endpoint management, ideally using Microsoft Defender.
Experience with OS upgrades and deployments leveraging Intune Autopilot/Azure Autopilot.
Experience troubleshooting/configuring OS tickets for Microsoft stack.
Experience using PowerShell for automation of infrastructure/security tasks.
Document all activities related to individual applications.
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security software and related hardware.
Monitor systems for irregular behavior and implement preventive measures.
Recommend strategies to create standard processes and procedures.
Maintain policies, standards, and procedures for compliance with company's control requirements manual.
Identify automation opportunities.
Provide end user security consultation and guidance.
Collaborate with users on requested applications and potential security threats.
Perform tests to ensure proper functioning of policies and processes.
Safeguard endpoint security, train users, and promote security awareness.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required
A minimum of three to five years of IT or information security experience, with at least one year.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
Flexibility to work occasionally outside business hours to support security incident response, project work, or maintenance window activities.
Experience with monitoring and responding to alerts and incidents.
A technical understanding of IT networks, end user device management, and IT applications.
Proficient, or able to gain proficiency with, various security software applications and tools.
Excellent organizational skills and analytic, problem-solving skills.
Impeccable confidentiality, attention to detail, and self-organization.
Self-directed and motivated with a positive and willing attitude.
