Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Taft-Hartley and Union/Labor related clients and contacts.
Provide expert consultation on trust service models, including investment management and banking solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with trust service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, investment management, and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional service.
Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on existing and prospective clients, evaluate current service model and opportunities for expansion / evolution, and recommend appropriate structures and strategies.
Review and maintain governing documents and client reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Educate clients on trust services, investment products and industry trends and to empower them to make informed decisions.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure adherence to compliance standards and mitigate risks.
Develop strategies to enhance client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty through exceptional service delivery and proactive communication.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent industry work experience
5-10 + years of sales and or relationship management experience
Strong time management and organization skills
Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
Willingness to travel
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM-related software

Preferred

10 + years of relationship management experience within Institutional Trust Services
Advance Degree
