Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels of the organization by providing expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices, including market trends, candidate availability, and recruiting strategies.
Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary expectations, and talent movement within key markets to advise hiring managers on competitive hiring strategies.
Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates and support the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.
Build talent programs to support the talent management strategy of the employee base including strategic sourcing, onboarding and employer branding.
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for key roles by nurturing relationships with potential candidates and fostering long-term connections.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or within a fast paced growing organization.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter); familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent in a competitive market.
Understanding of current hiring trends, best practices in recruitment, and employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of taking initiative to improve processes.
Active listening skills to understand and address employee inquiries accurately.
Maintains strict confidentiality regarding employee information and company data.
High ethical standards and professionalism, especially in handling sensitive HR matters.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
