Responsibilities
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Source passive candidates, inspire interest, and gauge candidate chemistry for fit and motivation rather than simply selling a role.
Assist hiring managers in fine-tuning job descriptions and helping candidates assess career opportunities.
Participate in industrial research of the Group and Business Units, talent mapping, and global recruitment for middle to high-end positions, including key roles.
Proactively and continuously improve recruitment efficiency, accumulate recruitment methodologies, and empower businesses and the recruitment team across the group.
Work up to 30 hours per week on Midea assignments.

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
Ability to accommodate international time zone differences for ad-hoc communications with Asia-based or European-based colleagues.
Proficient in using personal PC, WeChat, and personal Gmail for daily communication.
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Passion for recruitment, effective team leadership skills, and a team-oriented spirit.
Integrity and honesty in difficult situations.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without an employer’s work visa sponsorship.
Preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
