Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, interviewing, candidate coordination, and offer negotiation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand and address evolving staffing needs.
Process Optimization: Bring your expertise to develop and continuously improve recruiting strategies, tools, and processes.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with passive, niche candidates within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce implementation partner domains.
Tracking & Reporting: Use Greenhouse to monitor candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a seamless process.

Required
3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
3+ years of experience recruiting within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or consulting environments.
Proven ability to source and engage specialized, passive candidates in niche markets.
Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships quickly.
Expertise in ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse, and recruitment metrics tracking.
Preferred
Experience with international recruiting
Established understanding of recruiting needs in a consulting environment
