Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition specialists to meet hiring goals across multiple regions and departments.
Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for critical technology and business roles.
Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and key hiring priorities.
Create and drive initiatives to improve employer brand, candidate experience, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within recruitment.
Oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Implement best practices and refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance quality of hire.
Utilize data and metrics to assess recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to leadership.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and sourcing partners as needed.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and partnerships with universities and industry events.
Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to foster a proactive, candidate-centric approach to talent acquisition.
Implement sourcing strategies that align with the global and regional hiring needs, ensuring diversity and inclusivity in candidate pools.
Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and department leads to understand and anticipate hiring needs across the business.
Provide consultative advice and support to hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing insight into market trends, compensation, and candidate expectations.
Deliver regular training and coaching to hiring managers to ensure adherence to recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
Continuously evaluate and refine talent acquisition practices to improve candidate experience, enhance recruitment efficiencies, and align with the evolving needs of the business.
Leverage technology and recruitment tools (ATS, AI-driven tools, etc.) to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years management experience.
Proven track record of successfully managing global recruitment teams and filling technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition metrics.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and other recruitment technology.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and make data-informed decisions.
Knowledge of global employment laws, immigration policies, and diversity initiatives.
Ability to think strategically, while also being hands-on in day-to-day recruitment activities.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred

Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience in recruitment for global technology or similar industries is highly preferred.
