Responsibilities

Ensures quality resources are provided based on requirements and needs. This will be accomplished through retention reporting, analysis of skill sets, and understanding unmet client needs.

Develops and implements new strategies to provide CompuCom Systems, Inc. with a competitive advantage in the local/ area-wide market.

Management of staffing supplier management program support team.

Operational oversight of internal/ corporate vendor-managed service program and program support team to include supplier management, requisition distribution, supplier performance tracking, and reporting.

Works closely with the business leaders to understand utilization, forecasted sales growth, and future needs of each region.

Designs and directs new recruiting initiatives.

Point of contact for salary, signing bonuses, and negotiations of base salaries.

Recruits for all levels of the company.
