Responsibilities

Execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract HIM professionals, including Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists, Coding Auditors, and other key roles.
Identify and engage with top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, professional associations (e.g., AHIMA, AAPC), job boards, referrals, and other innovative sourcing methods.
Build relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining a pipeline for future needs.
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and Enjoin’s culture.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and prioritize hiring goals.
Promote Enjoin’s reputation as an employer of choice by leveraging social media and job boards to highlight company culture and benefits.
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements, including maintaining confidentiality and compliance with employment regulations.

Required

Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, with a focus on health information management, clinical documentation improvement, or healthcare-related roles required.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Indeed/LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools required.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Familiarity with HIM industry certifications and roles (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CDIP, CCDS) required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders required.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines required.
Adaptable to changing hiring needs and capable of recruiting for niche and high-demand roles required.
Recruiting HIM (Health Information Management) Professionals: 3 years (Required)
Recruiting contract/consulting assignments: 3 years (Required)

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
