Responsibilities

High-Volume Sourcing & Recruitment: Leverage various channels to proactively source large pools of candidates for hospitality and healthcare roles, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics, tailoring recruitment strategies to meet evolving demands.
Screen & Interview: Conduct thorough pre-screening of candidates, focusing on both technical skills and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders.
Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador by providing a seamless, engaging, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Offer Management: Lead the offer process, ensuring transparency, clarity, and a personalized approach that reflects Grand Living’s commitment to its people.
Employer Branding: Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, enhancing Grand Living’s visibility as an employer of choice in the senior living, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay current on recruitment trends and incorporate innovative strategies to continually refine and improve the hiring process.

Required

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring for hospitality, healthcare, or service industries.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, with a data-driven mindset.
Passion for senior living, hospitality, and delivering unparalleled service.

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish and English
