Responsibilities

Build Agile Talent Pipelines: Focus on proactive talent pipeline development for leadership and mission-critical roles to support scaling initiatives.
Optimize for High-Impact Roles: Adapt hiring practices to prioritize positions that contribute to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Lead and Develop a High-Impact Team: Mentor and guide the recruitment team to navigate the challenges of a scaling organization while meeting KPIs.
Foster Collaboration: Build a team culture that thrives on innovation, continuous learning, and adaptability to the fast-changing needs of a growth-stage company.
Cultivate Leadership Potential: Identify and nurture high-performing team members to grow into leadership roles as the company scales.
Leverage Team Strengths: Analyze and capitalize on the strengths of current HR team members to align recruitment strategies with organizational growth objectives.

Promote Inclusion and Diversity: Design hiring campaigns that reflect a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Articulate Company Mission: Ensure alignment with Learning Genie’s mission to empower educators and support growth in the EdTech space.
Design Retention-Focused Initiatives: Develop hiring practices that align with career growth opportunities and long-term retention strategies.
Anticipate Talent Challenges: Proactively address talent market shifts to retain critical hires during rapid expansion phases.
Onboarding for Success: Partner with HR to implement onboarding programs tailored for growth-stage dynamics, ensuring seamless integration for new hires.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on scaling organizations from $5M-$20M ARR.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring teams to achieve hiring excellence.
Expertise in data-driven recruitment, including experience with ATS platforms and metrics analysis.
Proven ability to develop and execute employer branding strategies.
Proven ability to attract and hire senior leaders and executives.
Preferred
Experience in EdTech or other technology-driven industries.
Familiarity with high-growth companies and transitioning to new stages of ARR growth.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
