Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with federal hiring regulations and company policies, including FAR, DFARS, EEO, and affirmative action requirements.
Oversee and manage the security clearance process for candidates, ensuring all clearances meet federal contract standards.
Develop and maintain labor category expertise, ensuring that job descriptions and candidate qualifications align with federal labor categories and contract requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions tailored to federal contracting roles.
Utilize various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and platforms to source candidates with specialized skills relevant to federal contracts.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications, including their ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.
Own the hiring manager and executive briefing process prior to and during active recruitment windows.
Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with security and federal hiring requirements.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and retention rates, ensuring all data is compliant with federal regulations.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation, ensuring audit readiness and confidentiality in compliance with federal regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards, focusing on those that specialize in federal contracting.
Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates and resources to ensure quick turnaround for federal contracting positions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment in federal government contracting.
Strong knowledge of federal hiring regulations, including FAR and DFARS, and best practices.
Experience with security clearance processing and labor category management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS, and other HR tools.

Benefits
