Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage the full-cycle recruitment by creatively sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Partnering with the respective hiring managers to provide guidance and direction talent acquisition process to ensure the consistent application of policies in compliance with legal requirements and company practice and develop compelling job descriptions
Deliver a 45 day average (or better) time to fill target with accurate placements
Deliver and elevate an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Support development and deployment of various employment branding initiatives and partnerships with internal departments and external vendors (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Stylecareers, etc.)
Maintain and streamline recruiting processes and Talent team operational efficiencies; Implement, communicate and maintain updates by providing weekly / monthly open position reporting & candidate tracking documents
Develop and maintain effective and efficient processes in order to facilitate high quality candidate flow on a timely basis
Utilize all available tools and programs including search firms, college and business school campus recruiting programs, recruitment marketing campaigns, personal and professional networks, industry sources, and internet mining
Attend Career fairs and networking and industry events as needed
Develop and manage internship program

Required
Minimum 3-4 years of recruiting experience in the wholesale apparel industry
Prior experience working with an ATS (applicant tracking system)
Proven ability to creatively source candidates via different methods including, but not limited to, sourcing/mining, social media, vendor management, networking.
Significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as Internet savvy.
Superior follow up and customer service skills.
Knowledge of employment laws.
Must possess strong organizational and multi-tasking ability.
Preferred
Recruiting agency experience preferred
Prior corporate recruiting and or human resource experience a plus
