Responsibilities
Identify and recruit top-tier talent, including influencers, content creators, and creative professionals.
Develop personalized growth strategies for talent to enhance their skills, brand, and marketability.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging talent.
Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, providing guidance, support, and resources.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with talent and their teams.
Facilitate transparent communication between talent and clients.
Partner with internal teams to match talent with the right opportunities for campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations.
Negotiate contracts and manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure alignment between talent’s personal brand and client objectives.
Stay up-to-date on cultural trends, social media platforms, and Gen Z preferences.
Advise on best practices for talent-brand partnerships and campaign strategies.
Represent the agency at industry events, fostering new connections and promoting our brand.

Required
Proven experience in talent management, influencer relations, or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
Established network within the creative, influencer, or entertainment industry.
Experience with contract management and legal frameworks for talent agreements.
Familiarity with talent analytics tools and platforms.
