Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional recruiting teams to understand specific talent requirements and recruitment goals.

Utilize market insights to develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and direct sourcing techniques.

Conduct candidate screening to evaluate role fit.

Manage candidate pipelines (icims CRM) to support talent demand and maintain candidate engagement.

Stay informed of market insights and best practices to attract, engage and retain talent within the healthcare industry.

Required

3+ years’ experience in a talent sourcing/lead generation role, collaborating with Recruiters to understand hiring needs, aligning sourcing strategies and delivering high-quality candidates.

Highly organized in managing candidate pipelines and tracking sourcing activities effectively. focused on efficiency and team player.

Experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in healthcare roles.

Experience measuring, tracking candidate conversion rates and funnel metrics to deliver data based solutions and strategies.

Experience sourcing talent across multiple channels including (but not limited to): LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, iCIMS CRM, iCIMS ATS, and social media.
