Responsibilities

Utilize HR systems like SuccessFactors to facilitate communication, manage data, and administer multiple HR processes, such as performance management, promotions, variable pay, orientation, and separation processes.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and escalating complex issues to senior HR team members as needed.
Accurately process and input HR transactions, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Coordinate HR activities, including people surveys, upward feedback programs, and performance-related initiatives, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, consulting supervisors on activities outside the normal scope while maintaining flexibility and initiative in daily operations.

Required

Associate degree or higher.
Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with HR systems, policies, and procedures, with the ability to collect and interpret information to enhance services.
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred

3-5 years of relevant experience in HR or technology reporting
