Responsibilities
Lead client calls to present tax returns, strategies, and financial insights.
Prepare and review accurate tax returns to include LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
Organize and input financial data into tax software efficiently and accurately.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial experience.
Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting and a streamlined tax preparation process.
Provide ongoing communication and follow-up to address client questions and maintain strong relationships.

Required
Proven experience in tax preparation with a focus on LLCs and S Corporations.
Expertise in ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a virtual environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
An active CPA license is required.
