Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and review of tax returns for individuals and businesses
Provide strategic tax planning and compliance advice to high net worth clients
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff
Conduct research on various tax issues and regulations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Coordinate with the IRS for any inquiries or audits
Review and analyze tax documents for accuracy and completeness
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on clients' tax situations

Required
CPA certification is required
Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of tax compliance and regulations
Excellent analytical and research skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
Experience with high net worth individuals and international tax matters is preferred
EA designation and experience as a Tax Supervisor are a plus
