Responsibilities
Supervise several engagements simultaneously, employing well-developed decision-making skills.
Exhibit technical proficiency, the ability to train, mentor and supervise less experienced staff members.
Complete engagements in a timely manner.
Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the Firm.
Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
Assist in Firm administrative functions and represent the Firm positively through civic and professional activities.

Required
CPA (or working towards it)
Several years of career experience in public accounting with review and advisory experience in various industries
Knowledgeable of the Firm's policies and procedures
Understanding of the rules, regulations, and code of professional conduct of the AICPA
Understanding of pertinent IRC sections and regulations
Knowledge and experience in assigned areas
Ability to supervise several engagements simultaneously
Well-developed decision-making skills
Technical proficiency
Ability to train, mentor and supervise less experienced staff members
Ability to complete engagements in a timely manner
Ability to develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the Firm
Ability to recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline (four-year college or university)
Minimum of 5 to 7 years related experience
Proficient with computer and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
