Responsibilities

Preparing aspects of the global tax provision and transfer pricing in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams on routine and ad-hoc tax reporting requests.

Responding to notices from various tax authorities.

Assisting with direct and indirect tax compliance.

Drafting technical memoranda on the company’s tax positions.

Being responsible for the relevant SOX controls around compliance and reporting.

Driving improvements to the company's overall tax position and assisting with special projects as needed.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MS in Tax or a CPA preferred

7+ years of income tax compliance and financial reporting experience with a combination of large public accounting firm and corporate tax departments

Experience managing relationships with external advisors and auditors

Ability to prioritize and communicate workloads to ensure tasks are completed timely

Organized, detailed, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, multi-tasker, and creative

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience with OneSource Tax Provision

Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
