Responsibilities
Active involvement in mentoring and leveraging people
Proven ability in leading a tax department in an efficient and modern way
Experience in tax return review - individuals and businesses
Loves to research tax issues and new tax laws
Manage multiple clients, team members, deadlines and projects simultaneously
Building relationships with clients including:
Meeting with clients
Communicating with clients on day to day issues in a timely manner
Provide client with solutions to tax and related issues

Required
Active CPA license
Minimum 3 years of tax manager experience
Effective task management, dedication to high quality service, and thorough attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred
Experience with CCH Axcess a plus
